About Davis Development

 The founder of Davis Development, Mr. Cliff Davis graduated with high honors from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.  After graduating with his Bachelors Degree, Mr. Davis attended MBA School at the University of South Florida.  Shortly after, Mr. Davis became a Florida State Certified Contractor.  With many years of construction and development experience, Mr. Davis is able to identify, acquire, entitle, finance, build and own and operate various types of commercial developments.
